Breaking Video: Defiant Kim Davis Denies Same-Sex Couples Marriage Licenses ‘Under God’s Authority’

Rowan County clerk Kim Davis has just denied two same-sex couples marriage licenses after the Supreme Court refused to step in.

(See updates below)

Kim Davis last night learned the U.S. Supreme Court would not step in to stop a federal judge’s order from going into effect. Davis as of yesterday has been legally obligated to issue marriage licenses to all couples regardless of gender.

This morning, Davis got to work about 48 minutes before her office was scheduled to open. At 8:00 AM EDT, Davis refused a same-sex couple, April Miller and Karen Roberts, a marriage license.

Shortly thereafter, she refused a second same-sex couple, David Moore and David Ermold, their marriage license too:

David Moore and David Ermold are the couple who first filmed Davis refusing to issue them a marriage license last month, with the video going viral.
