Duggar Daughter’s Husband Talks About Racism, Concludes Evolution Is From The Devil (Video)
Ben Seewald, Jessa Duggar’s husband, is back with another video promoting Christianity, this time he’s trying to explain that racism is a religion, and evolution means some people are “more evolved” than others.
A few months ago, Jessa Duggar, who is married to Ben Seewald, went to the Institute for Creation Research. Ben was very impressed and interviewed one of the scientists and the anti-evolution think tank. It was an attempt to expand Ben’s role in the Christian community, which explains why he asked Dr. Jason Lisle to tell Ben’s audience how he knows God exists. Ultimately, Ben and Jessa tried to claim that God and creation exist – but atheists do not.
Now, Ben, who, along with his wife have appeared on “19 Kids and Counting,” is wading further into the culture wars.
In a poor-quality video he recorded in what looks like someone’s basement, Ben and his “brother in Christ” Dante Berry of Yung Profets Of America, talk about the “race wars,” as Ben concludes that evolution and racism are “false religions” and from the Devil.
The YouTube video, “How should Christians respond to racism in America?,” is under three minutes but by the time it’s done, the two have covered a great deal of ground.
Ben opens by telling Dante, “we’ve seen a lot of race – racially charged crimes. There’s been a lot of, like, tension in the America, between, like, blacks and whites, and in the media, too. There’s been all these reports and, like, ‘race war,’ you know, going on and everything, and these killings and people saying, ‘Hey, we’re trying to start a race war?’ How should we respond to that as Christians?”
Berry tells ben to turn to Mark 3:25.
“If a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”
“If you check it out, what they’re trying to do with America, is basically have us going against each other while the Devil can sneak in real clearly and destroy what he’s trying to destroy,” Dante explains to Ben, adding that “if we’re fighting against each other, the Devil can sneak in and do what he want to do.”
“That’s right,” Ben agrees, “there’s no room for racism in Christianity. That all comes from the Devil. That all comes from, like, this false religion out here, evolution, that stuff? Teaching that, like, some people are ‘more evolved?,’ and different stuff.”
Evolution and racism are religions from the Devil? Evolution means some people are “more evolved?”Â
