‘What The Hell Is Going On!?’: Fox News Reports Caitlyn Jenner Story As The ‘Final Days’ (Video)
Watch as Fox News decides the best way to report the Caitlyn Jenner story is to mock “him” and suggest Jenner is doing it for attention.
Fox News Business anchor Neil Cavuto didn’t even try to offer serious reporting or even opinion on the news today that Bruce Jenner is now Caitlyn Jenner. Instead, the 56-year old, who is also a Fox News Business senior vice-president and managing editor, offered ugly and transphobic jokes, starting with, “What the hell is going on!?!?”
Cavuto quickly tossed the story to reporter Dagen McDowell, who may have attempted a bit more objective journalism, but not much.
McDowell also mis-gendered Jenner, as clips of the former Bruce Jenner played in the background. But perhaps the most egregious response was when McDowell suggested that Caitlyn was just doing this to “one-up” stepdaughter Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian, McDowell said, “announces last night that she’s pregnant with her second child – well, you know what, I can do you one better than that,” she suggested as Jenner’s response. “That’s how he unveiled his new identity.”
McDowell also commented on Jenner’s attire, which she described as a “white, satin, corset. Very Playboy Bunny-esque.”
Cavuto then introduced Fox Business’ Charles Payne as “Charlene Payne,” in yet another attempt to mock Jenner. He then suggested Jenner’s transition is a sign of the moral collapse of society.
“Rome, final days — but that’s fine,†Cavuto concluded.
Meanwhile, in the rest of the world, every broadcast network – ABC, CBS, and NBC – covered the Caitlyn Jenner news as their second story during their nightly news reports tonight.
And as NCRM reported earlier, Jenner broke Twitter, getting more than one million followers in just four hours – a new record – even beating President Obama’s recent @POTUS account to do so.
