Republican Rick Santorum is once again running for president. Let’s take a look at some of the best responses on Twitter.
Despite his surprisingly strong performance in 2012 against Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum these days isn’t even polling in the top ten of likely GOP presidential candidates. But Santorum has never been one to consider public opinion so this afternoon in his home state of Pennsylvania, the controversial Republican announced he is running for president, once again.

Among those on the left, Santorum used to be considered a force to be reckoned with, one who might gain power and take America back decades. But given America’s evolution and Santorum’s virulently anti-gay and uber-religious stances on nearly every social and political issue, he’s become more of a punchline than a punch.
