Right Wing Pundit Warns That Anti-Gay Americans Will Turn Violent Over SCOTUS Gay Marriage Ruling
Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association issues an unimaginable warning to listeners – about what he thinks they will do.
American Family Association former spokesperson and current radio host Bryan Fischer is warning America that opponents of same-sex marriage – among them the very people who listen to his show – will turn violent in the face of a positive Supreme Court ruling for same-sex marriage supporters.
“If the Supreme Court continues to overreach and they aren’t checked, we are headed towards civil unrest, I don’t think there is any other way around it,” Fischer warned today on his AFA radio show. “If it’s not stopped and reversed, the tyrannical overreach of the Supreme Court, we are to have social dislocation and I believe we are going to have violence as a result.”Â
Usually Fischer is falsely painting gay people as the immoral, evil doers of society, but today, he is warning America that his own people, his own supporters, the people who do not support marriage equality, will become violent thugs.
Why?
“Freedom,” of course.
“I believe we are going to have violence as a result. And that is simply because freedom is too deeply ingrained in the DNA of the American people to permit tyranny to continue unchecked forever.”
Violence of course is never the answer. That Bryan Fischer believes the people on his side will resort to violence in response to a legal ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court, is an astounding admission.
