Breaking: First Same-Sex Couple Marries In Alabama (Photos)
Despite an 11th hour order by Judge Roy Moore, same-sex couples are lining up across the state and marrying in Alabama.
Late Sunday night Alabama State Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore dictated that no marriage licenses be issued to same-sex couples, threatening probate judges with impeachment should they defy his order.
Despite Moore’s attempt to defy the federal judiciary, same-sex couples right now are lining up and marrying across the state.
