Fox News’ #OverIt2014 Twitter Campaign Hysterically Backfires


Fox News asked people on Twitter to share what they are "over." Guess what happened next?

The folks at Fox News thought asking Twitter to celebrate the end of 2014 by posting what they're "over" was a great social media strategy. Boy were they wrong.

To launch the campaign, FOX & Friends posted this tweet of Elisabeth Hasselbeck saying, "I'm over attacks against Christianity."

So, who could be surprised when it didn't take long for these tweets to follow?
