Rick Santorum: Marriage Is Like A Glass Of Water And A Napkin – Or Not
Rick Santorum, the most unpopular unelectable incumbent and the most unpopular presidential candidate in the Republican stable, is on a roll — and not a paper towel roll, not a paper napkin roll, but close.
In these two videos, Santorum says that marriage is like a glass of water — not beer — and that marriage is like a napkin — not a paper towel.
“It’s like saying this glass of water is a glass of beer. Well, you can call it a glass of beer, but it’s not a glass of beer. It’s a glass of water. And water is what water is. Marriage is what marriage is,†Santorum declared.
Tomorrow, come back for Rick Santorum’s “Which of these things is not like the other?” lesson.
Bottom line, no one is calling a glass of water a marriage, despite the fact that the heterosexual community has valued it just like that.
