Occupy Wall Street: Photo Of The Day – Occupy Times Square
Oh, the irony.
Here’s a shot I took yesterday at Occupy Wall Street’s “Occupy Times Square” rally, which attracted between 10,000 — 20,000 protestors. Despite the fact that the protest was remarkably peaceful, NYPD found a way to arrest 90 people between Zucotti Park, where the march began, and Times Square, over the course of about 12-15 hours.

The Wall Street Journal described the people in Times Square as, “anti-corporate protesters,” which is relatively inaccurate, showing, unsurprisingly, just how much they understand the worldwide movement.
