New York Gay Marriage Vote Rumored For Tonight
New York Gay Marriage Vote Rumored For Tonight.
Perhaps this is the New York State Senate’s secret plan? Perhaps they want to pass gay marriage so badly that they’ve been willing to stage a coup, take a month off, dither, diddle, get next to nothing done, not rebuke members who have committed crimes, not submitted legally-required campaign contribution forms, and more, just to wait until Obama holds a nationwide, ground-breaking news conference to take the focus away from them so they can sneak in a vote on gay marriage.
Keep in mind, “since the houses are in extraordinary session, another vote must be held in both for the measure to be signed into law.”
We’ll see.
