Hostages are being held, possibly by Islamic extremists, in a Sydney, Australia cafe. Live news video below.
News reports state “up to 50” hostages are being held in a Lindt Chocolate cafe in Sydney, Australia. The armed gunman or gunmen reportedly have placed a black flag with with Arabic letters that read, “There is no God but Allah” and “Mohammed is the messenger of God.”Â
Local Australian Channel 7 News states those phrases are linked to Syrian extremists possibly linked to ISIS.
