TIME Magazine has just named Donald Trump its Person of the Year. The editors gave the president-elect the award over other shortlist contenders including Hillary Clinton, Beyoncé, the hackers, Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and the CRISPR pioneers who are working to fight cancer.
