  • UPDATE: All Oregon Domestic Terrorists Have Surrendered To FBI

Franklin Graham And Michele Fiore Assist Militants To Secure Surrender

    Editor's note: See updates below.

The remaining four domestic terrorists are about to surrender to federal authorities (video above). Last night the FBI surrounded the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and ordered them to surrender.

After hours of conversation with Nevada State Rep. Michele Fiore and an attorney, the four – believed to be David Fry, Jeff Banta, and Sean and Sandy Anderson – agreed they would surrender if Franklin Graham came to facilitate the action.

On the live audio stream Franklin Graham spoke to the four militants and told them he is "proud" of them.

The FBI reportedly had refused to allow the arrest to be filmed, but reporters on scene offered these images before the arrest:

Throughout the evening and all this morning the occupiers, Fiore and the attorney have been making religious references, condoning their actions through biblical references, and comparing themselves to the Founding Fathers.

Fiore has been telling the militants that America is a Christian nation, they are protecting the Constitution, and that they are patriots. The attorney has repeatedly insisted God is on their side.

Another unidentified person told them that they are not surrendering, they are moving their action to another level.

UPDATE III: 12:45 PM EST –
    First wrinkle –
David Fry screams, "Unless my grievances are heard I will not be coming out!" Says he will die a free man, will not live another day as a slave.

UPDATE IV: 12:53 PM EST –
All but Fry have reportedly surrendered.

    UPDATE V: 1:05 PM EST –
Listen to live stream audio above.

Fry says he "will not tolerate" paying for wars in the Middle East, or abortion, or health care. Still refusing to surrender.

"They need to promise me something," he says, demanding special protections.

UPDATE VI: 1:20 PM EST –
CAUTION - audio may turn violent.

Fry, who is decidedly anti-government, saying he's angry he can't even get his marijuana.

    Now talking about 9/11.

Says Christ set an example "by dying."

UPDATE VII: 2:07 PM EST –
Minutes ago David Fry finally surrendered.

The terrorists should be sent to prison for life, without marijuana or appeal for parole. The attorney should lose his license, and Graham should go back to seminary as he obviously never studied the words of the Jesus of the Gospel. Pathetic panderers preying on people. They all should have been, justifiably, shot dead for treason.

Giving them this platform and consideration has only emboldened them and will continue to do so. The DOJ has betrayed our confidence and made us all less safe in the face of right wing terrorism. This should have ended on day one with overwhelming force.

What this says is, it’s okay to treat non-violent protesters demanding justice like an invading force, but let white, christian terrorists have the run of the place.

This was a test. The DOJ task force has failed. How many of us ‘minorities’ will suffer because of this?

Is he concerned about America, or how he might be abused in prison? Hardly impressive.

How, in any way, are they “witnesses to the lord”??? How, in any way, does what they did have to do with religion or Christianity? Just because you are a Christian doesn’t automatically make what you do Christian. Hardly.
