“It’s Not CNN’s Job to Represent the U.S. to the World,†CNN Wrote
Donald Trump, having returned from his latest golf outing, took to Twitter Saturday evening to praise Fox News and to criticize CNN. (Again.)
“Fox News is MUCH more important in the United States than CNN, but outside of the U.S., CNN International is still a major source of (Fake) news, and they represent our Nation to the WORLD very poorly,†the president wrote. “The outside world does not see the truth from them!â€

The attack is the president’s latest offering in his war with the network, and his latest praise of Fox News.
CNN Communications responded to the president’s tweet shortly after, advising that it isn’t the network’s “job to represent the US. to the world.â€
“That’s yours,†the network’s communications team wrote. “Our job is to report the news.â€
It's not CNN's job to represent the U.S to the world. That's yours. Our job is to report the news. #FactsFirst ðŸŽ

Earlier this month, when pressed on embattled Senate hopeful Roy Moore, the president advised that “even when I’m in Washington or New York, I do not watch much television. I know they like to say that.â€
“People that don’t know me, they like to say I watch television, people with fake sources,†Trump continued. “You know, fake reporters, fake sources. But I don’t get to watch much television. Primarily because of documents.â€
