Delta Just Became the Latest Company to Join the Flight From Toxic NRA
17 Major Corporations Are Saying No to the NRA
Delta is dropping its ties to the NRA. The airline will no longer offer discounts to NRA members as part of its marketing efforts that show support for the gun lobby.
Since the Parkland, Florida high school shooting there has been a large push from the student survivors and consumers for companies to sever support of the NRA. Delta is at least the 17th company to do so, announcing Saturday morning its decision.
Delta is reaching out to the NRA to let them know we will be ending their contract for discounted rates through our group travel program. We will be requesting that the NRA remove our information from their website.

ThinkProgress, which has been actively urging Delta and other companies to break from the NRA, notes that just hours earlier, “Delta defended its contract with the NRA as ‘routine.'”
Since Tuesday, these companies have decided doing business with the gun lobby is wrong.

David Hogg, on of the Parkland student survivors, and other activists are working to convince FedEx to join the list.
FedEx chairman is Fred Smith. Apparently he’s a huge republican donor. #BoycottFedEx

Hey @FedEx, I’ve been a fan of your company from the start. Please do the right thing and stop supporting an organization that attacks America’s heroes who protect us from terror attacks. Please support our law enforcement officers so we can keep supporting you. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Things are shifting FAST. @FedEx this isn’t going away. Is 2% of the population worth a hemorrhaging of your business? #BoycottTheNRA #1Trending pic.twitter.com/kptPhLtRpi
