Trump Mocked After He Accidentally ‘Tweets His Own Confession’: Russia Was ‘Helping Me to Get Elected’

First time President has acknowledged this truth.
President Donald Trump’s Thursday morning rage tweets may have revealed more information than he realized. Just one day after Special Counsel Robert Mueller delivered a 9-minute speech that changed the entire direction of the impeachment debate, Trump lashed out.
“Russia, Russia, Russia! That’s all you heard at the beginning of this Witch Hunt Hoax…And now Russia has disappeared because I had nothing to do with Russia helping me to get elected,” Trump admitted, apparently for the first time.
“It was a crime that didn’t exist. So now the Dems and their partner, the Fake News Media, say he fought back against this phony crime that didn’t exist, this horrendous false accusation, and he shouldn’t fight back, he should just sit back and take it. Could this be Obstruction? No, Mueller didn’t find Obstruction either. Presidential Harassment!”
Of course, Robert Mueller did find obstruction – ten specific instances are laid out in his 448-page report.
On social media, many are having a field day.
This morning Trump acknowledged that Putin pulled off one of the most significant covert operations in world history—subverting a US presidential election to help Moscow’s favored candidate win. Yet he still calls it a “hoax.” pic.twitter.com/ci9AAudzgS

Trump appears to acknowledge for the first time that Russia tried to help elect him. https://t.co/78utpJ1OYP

So fucking thick he tweets his own confession. https://t.co/0O9AMmz3s2

Fully expect he’ll walk back what appears to be an inadvertent concession, but stunning historic moment for a President to say a foreign adversary helped him win an election.

Right now Sean Hannity is on a conference call with Rush Limbaugh and Geraldo trying to figure how to spin Trump’s HUGE admission this AM “I had nothing to do with Russia helping me to get elected” as being the fault of Hilary Clinton https://t.co/IezjQviC85

“with Russa helping me to get elected.”
An admission!
You invited it, encouraged it, didn’t report it and…your campaign manager was sharing polling data for the entire campaign season.
“Insufficient evidence” for conspiracy because you obstructed justice, per Mueller. https://t.co/VdduO68zc6

So here you finally admit that “Russia helped me get elected.” Well, that’s what the investigation was about. The investigation found plenty of evidence that Russia did just that. It thus wasn’t a “Witch Hunt” or “Hoax.” So why did you repeatedly try to obstruct it? pic.twitter.com/XhCeO1iblt

Russia helped get me elected is bad enough.
Hi America – re-elect me. I know Russia is helping me again and I did nothing to stop it but vote for me anyway is one hell of a campaign slogan. https://t.co/38ONYwWZRe

There it is. President Trump finally admits what we’ve known all along: Russia helped get him elected. https://t.co/U9qtaBVCjA

You asked Russia to hack Hillary
Your idiot son (not his fault — just bad genes), son-in-law (same) and campaign manager (and current inmate) met with Russians in Trump Tower for dirt on Hillary
You needed Russia’s help to win
You lied about your Russian ties
You are a traitor https://t.co/iI52tPP3Y1— GOPocalypse Now (@GOPocalypseNow) May 30, 2019
So you’re saying your election win was illegitimate due to foreign interference like half the world has been saying all along? https://t.co/USvJdcnfEq
