As if news more than two dozen officials in President Trump’s administration failed their security clearances yet were granted them anyway isn’t bad enough, how’s this worrisome breach of national security?

According to The Guardian’s Jonathan Swaine a Chinese national armed with four cell phones, computer equipment, and a malware-packed thumb drive was arrested for lying her way in to Mar-a-Lago.

Many have expressed great concern over the President’s personal behavior and activities when it comes to national security, like his insistence on discussing sensitive or possibly classified information while using an unsecured cell phone. And many have expressed concern over Trump ignoring security protocols, like when he’s conducted classified meetings in the Mar-a-Lago restaurant among the public, but this latest Mar-a-Lago incident is extremely concerning.

The woman, who was carrying two Chinese passports, “lied to Secret Service agents and briefly gained admission to President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club over the weekend during his Florida visit, federal prosecutors allege in court documents,” the AP reports.

Claiming she was a member of the President’s club, she told Secret Service agents she wanted to use the pool and flashed her passports as ID.

She was not actually a member.

“Agents say she wasn’t on the membership list, but a club manager thought Zhang was the daughter of a member. Agents say that when they asked Zhang if the member was her father, she did not answer definitively but they thought it might be a language barrier and admitted her,” the AP adds.

A Secret Service agent “said Zhang carried four cellphones, a laptop computer, an external hard drive and a thumb drive containing computer malware. She did not have a swimsuit.”
