President Donald Trump Wednesday afternoon announced his Attorney General William Barr will hold a press conference Thursday morning at 9:30 AM ET.
MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace called it “an extraordinary development,” and accused Barr and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein of engaging in “spin” by holding the press conference. Rosenstein reportedly will be present as well.
Wallace also referred to Barr as a “shill” for Trump.
MSNBC also noted the DOJ has refused to answer if Barr’s version of the Mueller report will be released before the press conference.
