Former FBI Director Jim Comey, whose firing we now know was the last straw for the FBI and the reason for a Special Counsel investigation into Russia and Trump, brilliantly rebuked Republicans who claim the Bureau should never have even begun the investigation in an exclusive with NBC’s Lester Holt.
Comey switches a few names around and paints a picture for conservatives of what it would be like if President Obama did basically what President Trump did.
“Change the names,” Comey said laughing, in response to Trump saying, “this should never again happen to another American President.”
“Let me make one up for you,” says the former FBI Director.
