Trump Is Autographing Bibles at a Church in Tornado-Torn Alabama

No paper towels were tossed but Trump also signed reportedly some MAGA hats

President Donald Trump is spending a few hours in Alabama, where 23 people were killed on Sunday by tornados that devastated parts of the state.

The President and the First Lady toured parts of Lee County, where they observed 23 crosses lined up to honor the 23 people killed by the tornadoes.

Trump also visited a Baptist church, where there were tables set up with basic necessities, including diapers, toilet paper, backpacks, clothing, and other needed items.

“President Trump is signing bibles for volunteers and survivors at a Baptist church in Alabama,” Washington Post White House reporter Josh Dawsey said on Twitter.

WSFA 12 News reporter and anchor Sally Pitts confirmed Trump autographing the Bibles:

Dawsey has been posting photos of President Trump’s Alabama visit.

The President and First Lady will soon head over to Mar-a-Lago for a weekend of political fundraising events.
