According to a report at TMZ, reality TV personality Mama June — the star of “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” was taken into custody on Friday on felony drug charges.
The report states that police were dispatched following an altercation with her boyfriend Geno Doak at an Alabama gas station — that resulted in his arrest as well.
According to TMZ, “When police arrived they saw enough to arrest Geno Doak for domestic violence/harassment, felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Mama June was cuffed for felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.”
Mama June, whose real name is June Shannon, has had boyfriend problems before when her show was canceled after it was revealed that former boyfriend, Mark McDaniel, served 10 years in prison for molesting June’s then 8-year-old daughter, Anna.
TMZ had no information on the current domestic dispute.
