Here’s What We Know So Far About Today’s Terror Attacks on Democratic Targets and the Media

The nation has been rattled by news that eight top Democratic elected officials, liberal activists, and the news media have been the targets of assassination attempts and mass murder in what is a coordinated and widespread act of terrorism today. Monday’s attack on George Soros makes nine this week.

Here’s an overview of everything we know so far – we’ll continue to update this throughout the day:

Explosive Devices Sent To:

  • Former Democratic US President Barack Obama
  • Former Democratic US President Bill Clinton and former US Secretary oif State and former US Senator Hillary Clinton
  • Former US Attorney General Eric Holder
  • Former US CIA Director John Brennan
  • US Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz
  • Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters, found in a Maryland mail screening building (most recent development)
  • Democratic New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (See update below)
  • CNN (one or multiple pipe bombs and an envelope containing white powder)
  • Liberal Philanthropist George Soros (Monday)

Suspicious Packages Found At The Offices Of:

  • US Senator Kamala Harris and the San Diego Union Tribune (same building)

None of the devices exploded, but at least some are said to contain live explosives.

The suspicious package at the office of Sen. Harris and the San Diego Union-Tribune was later to be determined not suspicious or not harmful.

The US Secret Service intercepted most of the packages.

Despite Gov. Cuomo personally announcing his office received a suspicious package, that claim has since been refuted.
