UPDATE 2:12 PM ET – Hearing set for 4 PM.

President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen is discussing a plea deal with prosecutors, NBC News reports. Cohen has not been charged but is believed to be under investigation for tax fraud and banking related matters.

The plea deal could be reached today.
