‘I Give Myself an A+’: Trump Says He Doesn’t Think He Can Be Impeached – I’ve ‘Done a Great Job’

President Donald Trump gave “Fox & Friends” an exclusive interview that aired Thursday morning. Speaking from outside the Oval Office, the president delivered a litany of astonishingly false statements.

Asked if he expects Democrats to impeach him if they take the House, the president displayed his total lack of understanding of the U.S. Constitution.

“You know, I guess it says something like high crimes and all,” he told Fox News’ Ainsley Earhardt. “I don’t know how you can impeach somebody who has done a great job.”

The actual wording from Article Two of the United States Constitution:

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Trump went on to brag he’s done a great job.

“I give myself an A+. I don’t think any President has ever done what I have done.”
