Eric Trump, the 34-year old third child of President Donald Trump, posted a tweet Thursday night that left a good deal of room for interpretation – and for mockery.
The tweet could have been referring to Omarosa Manigault Newman, who is on a bombshell book tour. Earlier Thursday she released audio recordings of herself talking with Lara Trump, Eric’s wife of four years. In those recordings Lara can be heard talking with Omarosa, and offering her a $15,000 per month job with the Trump re-election campaign, to stay “positive.” In other words, hush money. Omarosa refused.
But on social media, many shared their own interpretations, or just took the opportunity to mock him:
