Michael Avenatti Posts Judge’s Ruling Denying Michael Cohen’s Emergency Request

Michael Cohen and his attorney Thursday night asked a federal judge to issue an emergency gag order against Stormy Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti, hoping to bar him from appearing on TV to advance his case.
“U.S. District Judge James Otero said Cohen had not shown he would suffer ‘immediate, irreparable injury’ absent emergency relief against Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti,” Reuters reports.
Avenatti just posted the judge’s order refusing to issue a restraining order, thereby refusing to silence the outspoken attorney for Daniels (whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.)
Here is the Order the Court just issued denying Mr. Cohen emergency relief as it relates to trying to gag me. The Court found he and Mr. Blakely failed to show any need for immediate relief. #Basta pic.twitter.com/S5lSaG2uvq

Clearly Avenatti is getting under Michael Cohen’s skin. Here’s what some are saying on social media:
The degree to which @MichaelAvenatti has already eaten Michael Cohen’s lunch is glorious.
Avenatti takes up so much space in Cohen’s head I’m surprised the Southern District of New York didn’t issue a search warrant for the area.

Michael Cohen is trying to silence Michael Avenatti and the rest of the legal systems prosecutors. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING AN INNOCENT MAN DOES. https://t.co/zU69ApHqax

This going to be another tough weekend for @realDonaldTrump
Cohen loses his motion to gag Avenatti and threatening to flip, and Manafort in jail likely to flip.
