BAD PRESIDENT
Trump Threatens to ‘Take Away Credentials’ From Media Over Negative Reporting

President Admits Fake News Is Anything That’s ‘Negative’ About Him
President Donald Trump continued his fascistic attacks on the free press, threatening Wednesday morning to rescind credentials from reporters after admitting that he thinks all negative stories about him are fake news.
“The Fake News is working overtime,” he tweeted. “Just reported that, despite the tremendous success we are having with the economy & all things else, 91% of the Network News about me is negative (Fake). Why do we work so hard in working with the media when it is corrupt? Take away credentials?”
Sadly, the administration does not “work so hard in working with the media.” The main culprit is White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who regularly lies to reporters.
Journalist Helen Kennedy mocked Trump’s tweet:
Only Fox should be allowed to cover the White House because they are nice to you. Except for that Cavuto thing. Boy, that was mean. Maybe no one should be allowed to cover the White House?

Washington Post’s Philip Bump:
I don’t think he’s supposed to admit that his only qualification for news being fake is that it be critical of him. https://t.co/mvp638xZjc

ABC News’ Cecilia Vega:
For the record, taking away press credentials won’t stop coverage… but ok. https://t.co/EbO96p5sMO

The Hill’s Jordan Fabian:
By his own admission, when the president talks about “fake news,” he is talking about stories he doesn’t like. Doesn’t mean they are incorrect. https://t.co/k0XCnFXXxg

Voice of America’s Steve Herman:
In latest tweet @POTUS suggests taking away “credentials” from journalists. We can expect @whca may weigh in on this and @PressSec will be asked about it at today’s @WhiteHouse briefing. https://t.co/LWFOmZGK0i
