GUNS GUNS GUNS AND MORE GUNS
‘Fix All Families’: After School Mass Shooting Texas Attorney General Offers ‘Solutions’
Ken Paxton thinks he has a few solutions for mass shootings. Mass shootings are exponentially higher in America than any country on earth, and the number one reason is the huge availability and accessibility of guns.
But for the Texas Attorney General, the solution isn’t to ban assault weapons, enact laws that make guns harder to be put in the hands of people who aren’t trained to use them, or prevent access to weapons by people with certain emotional issues.
Instead, Paxton told Fox News his solutions.
Among them: “fix all families and provide families that take care of their kids.”
FOX NEWS HOST: If you could do 1 thing to stop these shootings, what would it be?
AG PAXTON: “Our culture has changed significantly…this gets back to families. If we could fix all families & provide families that take care of kids, I think shooting incidents would be less.” pic.twitter.com/desS1olxYb

Also, Paxton thinks armed personnel at every school would prevent shootings.
FOX NEWS HOST: Mr. attorney general, is there a legislative solution to school shootings?@TXAG KEN PAXTON: Yes, like first responders responding quicker and having armed guards in schools. pic.twitter.com/oyOYyfIZII

It appears the Texas Republican Attorney General is not paying attention.
Santa Fe High, the Texas school where a suspected gunman slaughtered 8 students, 2 teachers, and wounded 13 others, had not one but two armed security guards. They also had an active-shooter plan.
It didn’t help.
Not a bit.
