UPDATED: At Least 9 People Confirmed Dead at Texas High School Mass Shooting – Steaming Video Updates

Local news reporters says they have confirmation that at least eight people have been killed in a Texas high school mass shooting. KHOU has confirmed this news. The number of injured people is not yet known. The Santa Fe High School is the 35th school shooting incident this year.
One person believed to be the shooter is in custody, another person has been detained, per KHOU.
UPDATE: 11:47 AM EDT –
There are now at least 9 people confirmed dead. The majority reportedly are children. The suspected shooter is a male student. There may be additional fatalities.
