President Trump isn’t running away from the international scandal that is Cambridge Analytica. He’s running right into it – and bragging about it.
The president Thursday morning posted a tweet strongly suggesting that everything you’ve heard about what Cambridge Analytica did is true – and bragging about it as if it were highly sophisticated, instead of possibly criminal.
Cambridge Analytica used data deceptively obtained from 50 million Facebook users, according to reports, then weaponized it instead of deleting it as it was supposed to do and claimed it did. Some say this was illegal.
This, the president chooses to brag about.
