Stormy Daniels Has Just Sued Donald Trump
Suit Reveals There Are Texts and Photos From Trump to Daniels
Attorneys for adult film star Stormy Daniels have just filed a lawsuit against the President of the United States. Daniels is suing Donald Trump, claiming the agreement between her and Trump is invalid because he never signed it.
The agreement reportedly was to ensure she never disclose the year-long intimate relationship she had with Trump, which began just months after Trump’s son Barron was born.Â
“Daniels and Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen signed it, Trump never did,” NBC News reports.
Daniels, using her professional name, signed the document October 28, 2016, less than two weeks before the November election.
Interestingly, the lawsuit reveals the agreement, for which she was paid $130,000, included the stipulation that Daniels not “share any texts or photos from Trump,” NBC adds.
It also reveals that Trump’s attorney as recently as last week tried to silence her.
“To be clear, the attempts to intimidate Ms. Clifford into silence and ‘shut her up’ in order to ‘protect Mr. Trump’ continue unabated,” the suit says. “On or about February 27, 2018, Mr. Trump’s attorney Mr. Cohen surreptitiously initiated a bogus arbitration proceeding against Ms. Clifford in Los Angeles.”
