Kim Jong-un Extends Invitation to Meet With Donald Trump
Possible Historic Meet
North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un is inviting President Donald Trump to a meeting. The South Korean delegation visiting the White House on Thursday presented the president with a letter from North Korea making the official invitation.
“A senior US official told CNN that North Korea offered to suspend their nuclear missile testing alongside their invitation for talks,” CNN adds.
Late Thursday afternoon President Trump personally told reporters to expect a formal announcement by South Korea at 7PM tonight. He told reporters to give him credit.
Fox News was among the first to break the news, citing a senior U.S. official.
