‘NO EVIDENCE OF COLLUSION’: Trump Tweets in All-Caps He’s (Basically) Been Vindicated by Devin Nunes Report (He Hasn’t)

Devin Nunes Loses All Credibility

House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes on Monday announced his committee’s draft report says it could find no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. In reality, the Nunes investigation never intended to determine if there were any collusion – it was created to vindicate Donald Trump, and today it pretended to do just that.

Committee Republicans found ‘no evidence’ of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas, told reporters Monday afternoon,” ABC News reported, “but noted that the draft report concludes that the campaign exhibited ‘bad judgement’ in taking a controversial meeting with a Russian lawyer who promised dirt on Hillary Clinton during the campaign.”

President Donald Trump, despite the fact that the Committee’s report is supported by not a single Democrat and even some Republicans oppose its findings.

“House Intelligence Committee member Rep. Tom Rooney (R-FL) on Monday admitted his panel has ‘lost all credibility’ after waffling on whether to not he accepts his party’s conclusions on the Russia probe,” Raw Story reports.

In response to this supposed vindication, President Trump posted a 213-character all-caps tweet proclaiming he’s been vindicated and declared innocent, basically:

File the Nunes Committee report and the Trump tweet under “LOL.”

UPDATE –
House Intel Committee Ranking Member Adam Schiff (D-CA) corrects the president:
