WATCH: Florida Shooting Survivors Ask GOP Politicians Why They Accept ‘Blood Money’ From NRA ‘Child Murderers’

‘If They Accept This Blood Money, They Are Against the Children’

Two of the strongest voices to emerge from last week’s Parkland, Florida high school shooting, Emma Gonzalez and David Hogg, Monday morning slammed Republican politicians who accept donations and support from the NRA.

“We keep telling them, that if they accept this blood money, they are against the children,” Gonzalez told CNN’s Alisyn Camerota. “They’re against the people who are dying, and that’s the children.”

“There’s no other way to put it at this point. You’re either funding the killers, or you’re standing with the children,” she added.

“If you can’t get elected without taking money from child murderers, why are you running?” Hogg, looking into the camera on CNN’s “New Day,” asked.

17 people, mostly children, were shot to death last week by a 19-year old gunman with a military-style assault weapon.
