Oprah Is ‘Triggering’ for Trump Says Top GOP Pollster

Trump Attacks Oprah

President Donald Trump has spent much of President’s Weekend tweeting all about how he’s totally not guilty and how the bombshell 37-page DOJ indictment of 16 Russians and Russian companies exonerates him. But just before midnight on Sunday the president attacked someone who has already said she’s not running against him: Oprah.

Attacking Oprah is not the smartest idea – she’s wildly popular on the left and the right – but, feeling threatened, attack her he did.

Oprah had moderated a panel of Republican and Democratic voters last year, and on Sunday night’s “60 Minutes” visited the panelists again to see how they’re feeling now.

President Trump found Oprah to be “insecure,” and her questions “bias,” and “slanted.”

Which is curious, since the most-famous Republican pollster in history says he worked with Oprah and helped craft the questions.

Frank Luntz, who frequently appears on Fox News and who has been called the “public opinion guru,” literally three minutes after the president tweeted his attack on Oprah, decided to stand up for Oprah, and against the president.

Luntz went so far as to suggest trump was “triggered” by Oprah:
