Ivanka Trump: How Dare You Ask Me if I Believe the 16 Women Who Say Donald Trump Sexually Harassed Them?

‘I Think It’s a Pretty Inappropriate Question’

Ivanka Trump has positioned herself as a champion of women, frequently tweeting about the importance of women and supporting them.

But the First Daughter had a very different position Monday morning when she was asked if she believes the 16 or more women who have accused her father, President Donald Trump, of sexually harassing or assaulting them.

“Do you believe your father’s accusers?” NBC’s Peter Alexander asked Ivanka Trump on the “Today” show.

She appeared stunned and defensive.

I think it’s a pretty inappropriate question to ask a daughter if she believes the accusers of her father when he’s affirmatively stated that there’s no truth to it,” Trump said.

“I don’t think that’s a question you would ask many other daughters,” she continued. Of course, many other fathers have not been accused by 16+ women of sexual assault, misconduct, or harassment.

“I think I have that right as a daughter to believe my father,” she concluded.
