‘I Would Say We Have Jared Kushner in Extreme Risk Right Now’ Says Former Watergate Prosecutor (Video)
‘The Noose Is Tightening’
Former Watergate Special Prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks says Senior Advisor to the President Jared Kushner is in trouble in the Russia investigation following Friday’s guilty plea deal of former Trump campaign deputy director Rick Gates.
“I would say we have Jared Kushner in extreme risk right now,” Wine-Banks, an MSNBC legal analyst said on Friday night’s “All In With Chris Hayes.”Â
Hayes immediately said, “Yes.”

“The noose is tightening,” Wine-Banks warned. “The pieces of the puzzle are coming together.”
Gates has become a cooperating witness for Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
Earlier Friday The Washington Post reported Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein “alerted the White House two weeks ago that significant information requiring additional investigation would further delay the security clearance process of senior adviser Jared Kushner.”
