‘Looking Forward’ to It President Says
President Donald Trump has just announced he would testify before Special Counsel Robert Mueller and would do so under oath.
The president told reporters he is “looking forward” to testifying, and “would love to” testify under oath – but added if his lawyers are OK with it.
“I’m looking forward to it actually – Just so you understand,” Trump said, according to ABC’s Jonathan Karl. “There’s been no collusion whatsoever. There’s no obstruction whatsoever. And I’m looking forward to it.”
NBC News reports the interview is expected to come in the next two to three weeks.
