Trump Asserts His ‘Greatest Assets Have Been Mental Stability and Being, Like, Really Smart’

Advises He’s a Very Stable Genius

The President of the United States, who ended both Thursday and Friday nights with attacks on Michael Wolff‘s bombshell tell-all “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House,” returned to Twitter early Saturday to assert he is a “very stable genius.”

“Now that Russian collusion, after one year of intense study, has proven to be a total hoax on the American public,” Donald Trump lied, “the Democrats and their lapdogs, the Fake News Mainstream Media, are taking out the old Ronald Reagan playbook and screaming mental stability and intelligence…..”

“….Actually, throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart,” he continued. (Yes, really. This isn’t Saturday Night Live.) “Crooked Hillary Clinton also played these cards very hard and, as everyone knows, went down in flames. I went from VERY successful businessman, to top T.V. Star…..”

“….to President of the United States (on my first try). I think that would qualify as not smart, but genius….and a very stable genius at that!”

Recently, Capitol Hill lawmakers met with a Yale University psychiatry professor to discuss the mental state of the 45th president. Dr. Brandy X. Lee warned them how unstable Donald Trump is, and said he’s only going to get worse.

“We feel that the rush of tweeting is an indication of his falling apart under stress,” Lee told the lawmakers. “Trump is going to get worse and will become uncontainable with the pressures of the presidency.”

This week, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders called doubting Trump’s mental stability “disgraceful and laughable.”
