Traveling to a Retreat
A train carrying congressional Republicans to a GOP retreat in West Virginia has just crashed into a garbage truck, NBC News is reporting. The crash was near Charlottesville.
UPDATE: One of the people on the garbage truck is reported dead, two others who were on the truck are injured, according to The Washington Post’s Ed O’Keefe.
Politico identifies it as an Amtrak train and reports there are no serious injuries reported among the passengers.Â
MSNBC notes “there appears to be some injuries.”
