First Trump Cabinet Member to Be Interviewed by Mueller
Special Counsel Robert Mueller has interviewed the nation’s top law enforcement officer, Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
The New York Times reports “Sessions was questioned for several hours last week by the special counsel’s office as part of the investigation into Russia’s meddling in the election and whether the president obstructed justice since taking office, according to a Justice Department spokeswoman.”
Sessions is the highest-ranking official and the first Cabinet member to be interviewed by Mueller to date.
