President’s Tweets Make Top 10 List – Obama’s Tweets, Not Trump’s
‘No One Is Born Hating Another Person Because of the Color of His Skin or His Background or His Religion…’
Get ready for President Trump to find some way to lash out at his predecessor. The top ten list of most retweeted tweets has been released, and three of former President Barack Obama’s posts have made the list. President Trump had none of his tweets on the list, “nor did any of his posts crack the top three tweets with the most likes,” Politico reports.
This tweet from President Obama was the second-most retweeted from 2017. He posted it the day of the deadly Charlottesville neo-Nazi, white supremacist, white nationalist rally in Charlottesville.

This was the fifth most-retweeted tweet, posted ten days before he left office after eight years:
Thank you for everything. My last ask is the same as my first. I’m asking you to believe—not in my ability to create change, but in yours.

And eighth on the most retweeted list was this, posted hours before Donald Trump was sworn in as president:
It’s been the honor of my life to serve you. You made me a better leader and a better man.
