WATCH: Ruth Bader Ginsburg Joins the ‘Justice League’ on ‘Jimmy Kimmel’

“You Can’t Handle the Ruth”

Late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel treated viewers to a different kind of “Justice League” on Friday.

The host, never one to shy from the issues, lightheartedly tackled Warner Bros.’ latest attempt to adapt material from DC Comics, which was released to mixed reviews late Thursday.

And while the film has stumbled at the box office thus far, Deadline reported, Kimmel’s version of “Justice League” included a potential fix for future efforts: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

“There are a lot of superheroes in ‘Justice League,’” Kimmel mused, “but the one I’m most excited to see is the oldest one. The one whose origin story began in the Supreme Court.”

The host then premiered a trailer for the Ginsburg-included “film,” superimposing her into scenes from previously-released clips. “Justice just got Supreme,” it advised, noting that “you can’t handle the Ruth.”
