Here Are the Republicans Who Are Still Endorsing Roy Moore – Trump Tops the List

From Ted Cruz to Ann Coulter, Roy Moore Is Still Embraced by Many in the GOP

President Donald Trump officially endorsed Roy Moore after the twice-booted Republican former state Supreme Court chief justice won the GOP primary against Trump’s candidate. Trump has been very quiet since allegations from four women, including one who was 14 at the time she says Moore sexually assaulted her. White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders called four one the record women’s accounts plus interviews with 30 sources as “a mere allegation.”

Since Thursday, three Republican Senators who had endorsed Moore have rescinded their endorsements. Only three.

Others have rushed to protect themselves while supporting Moore by saying “if” the allegations are true, he should withdraw. The only avenue to further prove the allegations would be a court of law, and no charges have been or likely will be filed.

On Monday afternoon a fifth woman, not mentioned in the Washington Post article, will hold a press conference to detail that Moore sexually assaulted her when she, too, was a minor.

So, according to the Moore campaign or news reports, who is still endorsing Roy Moore?

In addition to President Donald Trump, Moore is endorsed by Trump’s former Whiter House chief strategist Steve Bannon. Bannon is the publisher of Breitbart, the alt-right platform as he has said. The website has been working hard in an attempt to to discredit Moore’s accusers.

Also still endorsing Moore are Republican U.S. Senators Ted Cruz and John Cornyn of Texas, and Rand Paul of Kentucky. Former U.S. Senator Tom Coburn has also endorsed Moore.

Also, these six U.S. Congressmen from Alabama: Mo Brooks, Bradley Byrne, Martha Roby, Mike Rogers, Robert Aderholt, and Gary Palmer.

U.S. Congressman and Chair of the powerful House Freedom Caucus Mark Meadows (NC), and Congressman Jim Jordan (OH), who is the Co-Founder of House Freedom Caucus.

Congressman Thomas Massie (KY) and Jody Hice (GA) are also endorsers.

So, those are the elected national officials.

Here are the media personalities or former officials:

Sean Hannity of Fox News, right wing radio hosts Mark Levin and Steve Deace, Phil Robertson of “Duck Dynasty,” actor Chuck Norris, Former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, right wing extremist Alan Keyes, Former University of Alabama Running Back Siran Stacy.

Also, the founder of the Family Research Council and Focus On The Family, Dr. James Dobson.

And there’s more.

Conservative media personality and pundit, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.

Former Republican Vice Presidential nominee and reality TV star Sarah Palin.

Liberty Counsel Chairman Mat Staver. NOM chairman Brian Brown. American Family Association head Tim Wildmon. Liberty University President Jerry Falwell Jr. Far right wing pundit Ann Coulter.

There’s more, take a look at Moore’s website for the full (though not updated) list, which still includes Sen. Mike Lee who rescinded his endorsement. Moore is still fundraising off Lee.
