The suspect allegedly drove a rented Home Depot van down a bike path in lower Manhattan, for about 10 to 15 blocks.
Governor Andrew Cuomo praised first responders, denouncing “these lone wolves” who commit acts of terror.Â
Cuomo promised more police around town as he called New York City an “international city” and said that makes it a target for terrorists. He said if we change how we live our lives “they win and we lose.”
