Woman Reportedly Warned Concertgoers 45 Minutes Before Shooting Began

More than 50 people are dead, and more than 200 people have been injured in the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history. The suspect, 64-year old Stephen Paddock allegedly opened fire with what police described as a “fully automatic” weapon, from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay, a 43-story luxury resort and casino on the Las Vegas strip. He is now reported as deceased. Police say he was heavily armed.

Victims were attending the Route 91 Harvest country music festival. The shooting began just after 1 AM Eastern, 10 PM local time.

It was less than 16 months ago that 49 people were killed at the Pulse nightclub in Florida. At the time it was the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history.
