North Korea Responds to Trump’s Insane and Threatening Remarks With Its Own Insane and Threatening Remarks

North Korea Threatens to Fire Missiles at Guam

Kim Jong-un has wasted no time in responding to President Donald Trump’s remarks that threatened North Korea, by threatening the United States with a missile strike.

“North Korea is considering a plan to fire missiles at Guam, state media said,” Reuters reports. Guam is a U.S. territory and houses at least 4000 U.S. service members at Andersen Air Force base (photo). It has a population of 162,000 people. “A spokesman for North Korea’s military told KCNA that it would carry out a pre-emptive operation if there were signs of U.S. provocation.”

In response to news North Korea has been able to miniaturize a nuclear bomb so it can fit in an intercontinental ballistic missile, President Trump told reporters North Korea was threatening then U.S., and delivered what some are saying was the exact inappropriate response.

“North Korea best not make any more threats to the U.S.” Trump told reporters Tuesday afternoon. “They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.”

North Korea’s state media issued a lengthy statement, warning the U.S. to “stop its reckless military provocation.”
