From His Golf Course Trump Tells Mitch McConnell to ‘Get Back to Work’

Trump Is on Vacation

President Trump is on a 17-day vacation, but he sees no hypocrisy in telling the Republican Senate Majority Leader to “get back to work.” This is the president’s third attack on McConnell in two days, after the Kentucky Republican told a local Rotary Club that Trump’s expectations on repealing ObamaCare were too high.

“Mitch, get back to work and put Repeal & Replace, Tax Reform & Cuts and a great Infrastructure Bill on my desk for signing. You can do it!” Trump tweeted from his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey, just before 1 PM.

It was less than 48 hours ago President Trump on national television threatened North Korea with nuclear war. Those threats, which included historically strong language, was broadcast around the world.

“North Korea best not make any more threats to the U.S.” Trump said Tuesday. “They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.”

On Wednesday, despite Trump’s claims he is not on vacation, his golf partner posted the above photo to Instagram.

If Trump steps outside the course, he may get to see this group of protestors:
