New White House Communications Director in 2015 Called Trump an ‘Inherited Money Dude,’ ‘Anti-American’ and a ‘Hack’
‘Bring It. You’re an Inherited-Money Dude From Queens County. Bring It, Donald. Bring It.’
Less than two years ago investment banker and hedge fund manager Anthony Scaramucci, a frequent Fox News guest, attacked Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. As of 10 AM Friday, Scaramucci is the new Trump White House Communications Director.
“He’s a hack politician,” Scaramucci told Fox News Business’ Maria Bartiromo on August 24, 2015, responding to audio of then-canddiate Trump saying “these hedge fund guys, they move around papers,” and “I want to take care of the middle class.”
“He’s probably going to make Elizabeth Warren his vice presidential nominee with comments like that. It’s anti-American. It’s very, very divisive,” Scaramucci continued.
“I’ll tell you who he’s going to be president of, you can tell Donald I said this, the Queens County bullies association. You got to cut it out now and stop all this crazy rhetoric,” he added.Â
“I don’t like the way he talks about women,” Scaramucci charged. “I don’t like the way he talks about our friend Megyn Kelly. And, you know what, the politicians don’t want to go at Trump because he’s got a big mouth. And he’s afraid he’s going to light ’em up on Fox News and all these other places. But, I’m not a politician. Bring it. You’re an inherited-money dude from Queens County. Bring it, Donald. Bring it,” Scaramucci threatened.
He also called Trump “a class divider.”
Now, he will directing policy and devising communications strategies for the man he dared to “bring it.”
