WATCH: Over 150 Cities Worldwide #MarchForTruth, Trump Campaign Holds ‘Pittsburgh, Not Paris’ Rally
The D.C. March for Truth and ‘Pittsburgh, Not Paris’ Events Will Overlap
Grassroots organizations and activists across the world are gathering today for the March for Truth, calling for further investigation into Donald Trump and his ties to Russia, as the president’s campaign holds a lone rally across from the White House to celebrate the U.S. departure from the Paris Agreement.
“Every day we learn more about the role Russian state-led hacking and information warfare played in the 2016 election,†the March’s site reads, “and there are crucial unanswered questions about the relationship between the Russian state and Donald Trump, his associates and his campaign.â€
The March emphasizes that the “legitimacy of the United States government hinges on the answers to these questions,†citing that if Donald Trump was elected “even in part due to collusion with a foreign effort†that the “will of the people has been subverted.â€
Their goals, the March advises, are simple:

The D.C. event, expected to draw about 5,000 attendees, will be joined by a neighboring event, however, as the Trump campaign announced a “Pittsburgh, Not Paris†rally to celebrate Donald Trump’s decision to withdrawal the United States from the historic Paris climate agreement.
The Republican Party of Virginia and Fairfax County’s Republican Committee are sponsoring the rally in Lafayette Square.
“As you know, the President has been under siege from the mainstream media and the Democrats, especially now that he put American jobs first by withdrawing from the Paris Accord,†the event’s invitation reads. “Therefore, we are organizing a group to demonstrate our support for President Trump and his fearless leadership.â€
